I hate this open wound of pain for you but I am LOVING the creative content being birthed because of it!! You say you are on E with creativity, but lady, you are overflowing with the creative sparks!! Australia had me in stitches ππ
The llama. I canβt!!! Too much!! π
You are amazing. We can share my 4 year old, he is great at distracting. π€
You had me with the Australia comment. I literally stopped and had to think where could they be driving from to hit Australiaβ¦ But oh I know that feeling well. Itβs a strange season, holding both heartbreak and grand possibility at the same time. Iβm a couple years in and finally finding a rhythm that works. It still includes missing them terribly but also, a lot of really good stuff. I need to check out this savouring community.β¦
Waiting SUCKS! A baby llama, a beautiful-productive garden, the smell in the air after yesterday's rain - all gifts to be savored. You've got this! There is no bigger badass than you. XOXO
Sounds like you had a very productive week n the kitchen all your dinners sounded amazingππ»keep going is definitely your tag lineππΌif it was me id be in my jammies and having that martini πΈ good for you ππ»
Love your playlist and your new buddy is adorable too!
Just remember when it come to the kids βbuild it and they will comeβ π
I was out of vodka or it might have happened. I'm in my jammies this morning by a fire writing and watching the rain fall outside. The perfect morning really. They hit the road and I have to say, I got it all out last night and am feeling much better this morning. :)
Ina can cure just about anything. Didn't know I needed a baby llama in my life but now I do. Loved Paradise - think Sterling K. Brown should be the next James Bond. And my advice as a now-seasoned (but still in denial) empty nester: Sit in the sadness. You can't outrun it and it won't magically disappear. Play all the morose sappy songs, watch the tearjerker movies, cuddle up with a blankie and cry. Get it out. And keep the chocolate cashews and clickable retail therapy nearby. With you in spirit.

Glad you found the humor in my Australia comment. I am doing better this morning. Hopefully this trend continues. And thank you for all the love.

Thanks friend. β€οΈ
So happy to hear better days to comeπ
Iβve never tried to plant cauliflower. How much does each plant produce?
One small head of cauliflower. Something else I learned.
Oof. Worth the trouble?
I know this is hardπ Iβm around to help distractβ€οΈ
You can definitely help me shop. :) I'm actually feeling ok this morning. Maybe Tom Petty was right?
